Origin Energy LPG Sydney

Had a smart meter installed and now i have no hot water.
Been on hold for a fair while and no answer.
Their website is hopeless for finding answers.

Origin is great at taking your money but cannot seem to sort out anything else. Choose another supplier if you want a reliable and competent provider!
Have contacted Origin for over 2 weeks regarding moving property, system and staff are too incompetent to handle a simple request
Have nothing in place to allow connecting via email, every single thing requires calling up.
This company doesn't seem to know that most people work during their office hours.
Cannot even find your gas or electricity meter number (!) Not even after you locate your own meters that they cannot tell what it is.

Their LPG delivery is fine. There general systems are from the 90s and designed to make sure life is harder than it needs to be so then they can charge you fees jf you make an error. Simply, no app or easy way to pay. May as well ask me to send a fax. Origin energy app does not link to thier LPG services and requires an online form, manually filling out all my details to pay or a robot phone call to provide it all over the phone. Just link your app already and think about your customers rather than penalising them because you can't keep up with simple technology changes.

Extremely quick to deliver gas bottles and they communicate with you via SMS constantly informing you with updates. I’m so grateful

I have been with origin energy for years and I was ripped off for all those years.
They say there is no exit fee but they have another section named disconnection fee and it is more than $50 just to mislead the customers.

Worst power company I've ever had. Charged on average well over 2-3 times more than any other energy company. Paid the last bill and never to return, and I couldn't care less what specials below the others they offer from here forward

12months of difficulties with suppling lpg, failing to arrive and this time removed cylinders and no replacements.completely out of gas for 1 week.had been a customer for 16yrs no problem till delivery driver change yr ago. Customer service not helpful.
