4I have been charged rent on two 45kg LPG bottles that expired 2016. Illegal, unsafe, rip off. 7 years rent on expred bottles, plus refilled during this period. Bottles expire after 10 years. Last date stamp 06.
Major stuff around did an order for gas on the 28/03/22 was told it would arrive on the 30/03/22 that than got changed to the 01/04/22 then again to the 02/04/22 and now changed again until the 05/04/22 while they continue to screw us around we have had no gas for hot water or cooking we have had to go to family members houses to shower and bath our 2 month old baby and every time you call they do nothing about it. Absolutely hopeless avoid them at all cost they know people rely on this gas and don't care at all
Will damage the house, plants leave bins behind garage doors that damages your car not hook the gas up and have a leak its like the overseas call center do the gas bottles round here do not touch them with a 10ft pool
These guys are Rorters: if you don't renegotiate your contract every 6 months, it goes up 25%, or about $35.
