Asked specifically for the special they had out the front. $40 for 40 minutes. They charged me $55 and claimed it was 45 minutes. The guy even knew I asked specifically for the special. Dodgy place and money hungry. 2/10 massage too. Won’t ever be going back

Don't bother with this or any shopping centre joints. Poor training and when you pay for a full body massage, you get a mediocre back of body massage and nothing on the front. And you pay top dollar. Waste of money. Don't go!

Simple massage and acupuncture that is not working and cupping, there must be massage after cupping but they didn’t and I feel so dizzy.

I only go here for things like cupping as they do it the traditional way with flame. Would not recommend getting massage here, they charge the same amount as professional massage therapists who have training. I guess it would be ok to go to if you just want a gentle relaxing massage. Staff don't really talk or smile.

Went here for a neck and head massage and ended up getting a rib fracture. The lady didn't even say she was going to "crack" my back. When she did, I had an enormous pain right side of my body. Went to the GP and did an xray- my 6th rib is fractured! Very disappointed and in alot of pain. Your service should ask clients if they want their backs cracks prior to proceeding. No stars and will be confronting your service soon as I get better.

Worst massage ever.head massage was pathetic. Scruff was more like it. Neck and shoulders was all elbows and rough as guts. The door was left open and the lady kept leaving the room. Walked out with neck pain. Will never go back.

Went to have a relaxing massage with my friend the worst place ever. I booked hour so he recommended half hour massage and half hour detox. So the massage was very average and the staff doing the massage wasn’t really into it she looked tired and just didn’t seem to bothered that we as customer paid for a relaxing massage not just a rub. After the half hour so called massage she took me into another room for my detox than after couple minutes the guy came and removed me from the comfy couch and put these two other guys on there and he took me back into the same room and sat me on this uncomfortable stool just so he could have more money. I was not happy and told him and he just blamed it on covid and didn’t do anything about it. I told him I was there before the other two guys and paid good money for service and not to be passed around like a animal just so he can get more customers and money. There are other massage places and I personally will never ever go through the experience again and will not recommend this horrible place to anyone. Beware. If I could I give them negative 100 star

My massuse Sammy was fantastic and Very lovely. My feet were in agony for a week straight and i could hardly walk. After Sammy's massage it felt so good to be able to walk without holding back grones. Booked for another session straight away.

The ladies were really friendly and the massage was very therapeutic; and with private health cover, the gap ended up being incredibly affordable. Thoroughly recommended

Worst place to go to for a massage in the square I felt like I left that place in more pain then when I came in I already have a bad back from work and after getting a massage the last couple times by different people as well I wouldn’t recommend going there unless you want to wake up the next day in agony.

My massage was amazing! I wish I had gotten the gentlemans name who worked with me today. He really paid attention to where I was tense and asked multiple times if the pressure was ok.
My back and neck are feeling lighter than air now.
I would love to give 5 stars but for me the aesthetic and vibe of the premises put me off and definitely affected my experience. Some general maintenance and cleaning of the premises as well as decluttering and updating decor would provide customers with a more professional, enjoyable and relaxing experience.
Also the oil and gloves used (only for feet) felt very cheap.
I will return but only if the same gentleman is available to do my massage.

Tense workplace and rude masseuse. I was left with bruises and either the massage oil or the masseuse gave me a rash! AND I my muscles did not feel better. Worst massage ever. Would give 0 stars if possible.

The massage quality is dependent on who gives you the massage. I’ve tried a few women but none were up to standard but a lady called Anna is amazing and I would definitely go back for her. She works only on all days expect Tuesday and Wednesday.

Just had the best massage I have ever experienced with Nikky. I have had plenty of massages in my time and this was amazing.
