Orange World reviews
58The tour is fun and I also learnt a lot. It starts with a glass of freshly squeezed juice. The shop has a wide assortment of citrus gifts and keenly priced. My citrus peeler is great!
This was such a fun tour of the orange farm with excellent commentary from Mario. The shop has a wonderful selection of marmalade and also orange themed souvenirs. We got some good tips for growing an orange tree from Mario too.
What a little gem. Mario was a treasure. Loved his jokes.
He makes a great coffee. The tour was fun and informative. Thankyou to the young woman (sorry ive forgotten the young womans name) who took us on the tractor tour she was knowledgable and very approachable. What a team. And Marias drizzle orange cake was delicious.
Highly recommend this tour. Even bought a bag of sweet mandarins
We went to Orange World as a family group last weekend. Didn't really expect such an entertaining experience. Such wonderful hosts, Mario's fabulous, informative chat and the best coffee I have had for a long time made it a wonderful morning. B however was still wondering if Mario was going to leave her Pas behind to water the citrus!
Love this place, we always make sure to stock up on orange juice every time we visit family in the area
It was one of the best tour experience with the best tour guide (Mario) in Orange World by far! Though it was actually my first time visiting the spot and Mario was the only guide there.
I was not really expecting much as we were just mainly looking for a place to drink fresh orange juice but when we arrived there, Mario was very welcoming and accommodating to offer us the train tour even though there were just 5 visitors at that moment. Before going for the ride, Mario gave us the most awesome freshly squeezed orange juice that I have ever tasted my whole life!
The tour was really an unexpected gem that we accidentally found. Coupled with the knowledge and entertainment that we had recieved from Mario, we had a blast! Please support locals and visit the place when your in the area.
Lovely spot. Beautiful fresh squeezed orange juice. Home made orange syrup cake. Delightful owners. Too hot to hang around and wait for the tour. It is on our to-do list for next time.
At first, I wasn’t keen to go as it was only me and my partner. But I’m happy I did. Mario and Linton are absolute legends and hosted a very educational tour. Even if you don’t have children, I recommend you do the tour.
Kids had a ball learning all about oranges. Loved it when I was a kid and was great to take my kids. Best orange juice anywhere
Best tour ever with Mario. The orange juice was exceptional. Definitely worth the trip from Queensland. I’ll be sure to visit again next time I’m down!
I visited on the 9th of January and I had an amazing experience. The owner Mario was very nice and funny and has a great business
Thank you Mario, and your lovely wife, for making our day that little bit brighter. It isn't just the experience, it's the people that make it so much fun. My children haven't stopped talking about their tractor ride around your farm. Thank you for your kindness.
Don't change a thing! Good old fashioned service from Maria in small cafe/souveneir shop. Mildura visitors centre recommended tractor tour with Mario & didn't disappoint.
Mario was informative not to mention entertaining & offered a personal experience for all. Dog on a leash was welcome also.
Glad to support this local family business
Orange juice, orange cake, orange marmalade, orange chocolate, orange peeler ALL excellent. Unfortunately we didn't get a ride on the orange train.
Well worth a visit.
Mario is funny friendly and does a very informative tractor tour on all things oranges and we we’re happy to pay $12: 50. Orange juice is a delicious purchase!
Highly recommend the visit to Orange World and the tour is an absolute must do!
We litterally ran onto the "train" as it was just about to leave and thank goodness we did because it was very engaging and we learnt many interesting facts about the area, citrus fruits and farming.
The shop offers fresh juice, fresh fruit, homemade marmalades (good luck choosing only 1 to take home as the options are overwhelming!) and they also other locally produced items.
If you are visting Mildura, "Orange World" is a must do!
Great place Mario and Maria were gorgeous hosts.we did the tour which was interesting Mario was an informative funny commentator.the juice is awesome would recommend a bottle.and definately get the orange peeler.i would recommend orange world as a to do when in Mildura
Took our 3 young children to Orange world today, children really enjoyed the tractor ride.
The tour guide, Mario, was great, very funny and interacted with all adults and children very well.
Orange juice tasted great
Highly recommend.
Tour was fantastic - highly informative and interesting. Orange juice was delicious and a reasonable price of $6/1L considering it was freshly squeezed. Highly recommended visiting if you're in the area.
Absolutely fantastic, a real hidden gem to go and visit! The owner Mario was really friendly and made the tour very fun and special. He kept us entertained with his great humor and we didnt even feel the time go. Kids loved the educational tour and the tractor ride. Hands down the best orange juice we've ever had too? It was wonderful to support a local business.
