Don’t even know where to start so rude ask a few question about a used car and have the person be little you was told they would call back but nope never got the call back I’m happy I went to a different dealer ship and got my car and had all the questions answered with out being belittled by your mob

Great experience, prompt service with pick up and drop off, very professional every step of the way from confirmation of booking to pick up of the vehicle at the end. They even cleaned the car. Vehicle was in fantastic condition when returned and staff friendly, responsive and helpful.

The best part was the price was good and the rest was just a joke. I am not going to make a big statement here. Service was provided to minimum. Drove from Sydney to pickup my GWM cannon X and I was told it will be detailed which should be as a new vehicle but very disappointed that had hand prints on the roof and spilled drink in the cup holders that’s how much detailed the car was. A big appreciation to the sales person who did not have a chance to do a pre delivery inspection of the vehicle what a shame. To top it of this is the first dealership I have seen where at the time of hand over I was told, yes I have put $40 worth of fuel in the tank to travel from Orange to Sydney what a joke. After informing the sales person about the vehicle not being cleaned let alone having spill in the cup holders and it will reflect in my review the response was (NO WORRIES). Hats off to Mr Jeremy.

Fast professional service. The process started Friday afternoon and by Wednesday I was receiving my Ford Ranger and driving it away. Mark who did my finance for my 2020 Ford Ranger went over and beyond to get the deal done. Mark was an absolute professional who made the process, smooth and effortless. He worked over time on a Saturday and got it approved. Nick the salesman wasn’t a pushy salesman, but a real genuine bloke. Easy going guy who insured all things were taken care of. All I wanted was to get a vehicle and drive it away with no fuss and nothing hidden. All transparent and explained to in terms I could understand.
Mark and Nick went over and beyond to get the deal, when other car yards that I enquired with, languished with a lack of urgency.
OMG, Oh My Goodness, they the real deal and I will not hesitate to take my business back there. Keep it up good lads.

Horrible experience with Orange Nissan service department. Disappointing customer service & knowledge, Excessive pricing.
We are not local, and this experience will be remembered when visiting the township of orange. All a bunch of monkeys with absolutely no idea. We won’t be back & we will no recommend at all.

from sunshine coast to orange airport and jeremy my sales dude was waiting there to take me back to the dealership, signed some paperwork and off i drove back to sunshine coast.my new car was perfect

I was able to book a car service within a week of calling them. When I dropped my car off, I had a meeting in town soon after and they were able to get someone to drive me into town within a couple minutes of asking.

Post service when I came to pick up my car, they had cleaned it (inside and out) even though it was not part of the job.

Thoroughly recommend Orange Motor Group and in particular Anthony Gersbach, an incredible member of their sales team. From our initial meeting with Anthony, through to delivery of our new Subaru Outback Touring it has been a great customer experience. Anthony took the time to listen to our needs and made sure that the car we purchased met those needs.
He has excellent product knowledge and maintained good communication throughout. He is genuinely nice person and a real asset to the company.

Jackson and April were amazing. They supported me to secure a car and work with my leasing company to do so. Although April was new to selling cars she was the utmost professional. Jackson went over the top to look after me.
