If I could I will give zero star. The male scanner was very unprofessional and rude. What a waste of time and money. For people who read these comment, stay away from this place and save your money for a place where you are respected.
To the male scanner, please reflect on yourself, I feel sorry for you.

This radiology practise does not deserve 1 star rating. I had an MRI booked here yesterday and experienced the worst customer service from the receptionist staff/ladies. There is only one lady at the reception (I’m sure what her name was) but she was the only kind person that assisted me for my scans much appreciated to her otherwise the form I received to fill out had multiple questions I did not understand as I am not a medical professional and I asked for assistance and clarification as to what the question is asking and what the question means. I then received a comment from the receptionist as if I'm a stupid zoo animal and for her to say “oh just leave it blank if you don’t understand the MRI scan person will explain anything you don’t understand”. Then I go in for my MRI scan and speak to the MRI scan person for him to also make rude comments when all I asked him was do I need to take my earrings off because I’ve usually always taken them off for scans and he proceeds to say rudely to me: “No listen to me I didn’t say nothing about you taking off your earrings I said take off your necklace. I’m sorry I was only confirming whether or not I should be taking off my metal earrings in order for me to have my MRI scan. (A scan I have never done in my life until yesterday). Honestly appalling behaviour and inhuman comments and no sympathy towards the patient whatsoever when I came in crutches to get an MRI scan as I injured my knee. I mentioned I urgently needed the MRI report to confirm that my knee wasn’t in need of major surgery as I’m travelling overseas, for them to tell me its not a priority and that it would be sent to my doctor in a couple of business days. My doctor then had to call to make the report urgent and only then did they take my matter seriously and made my report a priority by putting it at the top of the pile as that’s “all we can do for you”. Absolutely ridiculous service I definitely won’t be coming back here again and don’t recommended anyone coming here. Oran Park Radiology do better and train your staff to have more compassion and the correct customer service training in dealing with patients who need your assistance and don’t understand your forms and medical terms as we are not medical professionals and it’s bare minimum you can do for a patient that had to pay out of their own pocket for this pricy MRI scan to be done as it isn’t covered by Medicare.

Was able to book us in. The radiographer who saw us was equally professional and provided great service.

I rarely write bad reviews but I basically walked out from the frustration and was waiting for nearly 30mins trying to figure out if I was at the right place. Was booked in for a heart scan of some sort, couldn't exactly remember what for at the time as I forgot the slip. There was a call made a day prior for the appointment requiring confirmation, when I called the number, it didn't even go through and said there was some staff training, so I looked at the prior messages sent and tried responding to it with a 'yes'. Turn up to the place I was pretty sure was the actual place, I may have said the wrong type of check up however 1 reception lady sounded like she woke up in the wrong side of the bed, quite rude. Tried to keep calling the number I was given and still no one picked up, finally I got my partner to drop off the referral slip and it happened to be the correct radiology however upon going back in to show them the slip, the 2nd lady had a similar attitude saying I said the wrong type of check up, which is fair however I wasn't even on the system. Trying to explain what happened a day prior but they clearly don't know how to 'de escalate' conversations. At that point I was quite angry a half hour had already passed, the specialist appointment I had booked in was at 10: 15am so it was already too late. I think the issue here was more so the responses from the reception ladies. It could have easily been de escalated with proper communication and etiquette which many people these days seem to lack.

I have been there twice so far, the front of desk staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The place is clean and tidy. The 2 ladies that did my ultrasound were friendly and professional. I would highly recommend

I went there for Mri the lady who proceeded scan did not explain anything about the time duration and process of mri. I asked couple of questions because mri scan can take up to 1 hour or more, she just shake her head instead answer. This job is not suitable for her attitude.

Very bad customer service. I book for ultrasound for 12 pm. And i waiting for one and half hour for nothing because the customer service not add my name in the system computer.

I had a wonderful experience at this clinic. It’s always hit and miss with sonographers - many don’t have the best bedside manner considering their line of work (pregnancy women can either be excited or anxious or both), and a negative experience can be really impacting. This wasn’t the case at Oran Park Radiology. My sonographer S Berrell was beautiful. She was kind, patient, and friendly. She made me feel completely at ease and was happy to print photos. One of the best experiences I’ve had. Thank you.

I wish I could give below one rating! We went there for 12-16 weeks scan for my wife. Dr B Moharami did the scan but showed zero compassion and he was extremely unprofessional and not kind enough towards us. My wife asked few questions while he was doing the ultrasound but he was annoyed as well as unfriendly. Additionally, when my wife asked to turn the monitor ON while he was doing the ultrasound, he was reluctant to turn it ON and eventually he did at the end but his response was “I’ll tell you when I need to turn ON the monitor”! Wow seriously! We paid for it and asking for service that we’re entitled to but showing this level of service. As a matter of fact we went there due to few complications during the pregnancy but we’ve been treated badly.

Despite these all, the lady at the front desk was quite helpful and affable - her service was good.

However, I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO VISIT THIS centre. Pathetic experience!

I had a great experience at Oran Park Radiology. My technician during my pelvic ultrasound was very lovely and had great bedside manners! I felt very comfortable throughout the ultrasound.

I can genuinely say that I have never been treated so badly by a health professional.people should be treated with kindness and compassion, I ended walking out in tears and I will never return again.the person I saw was curt, abrupt and basically could not have cared less.the receptionist by comparison was fantastic.and the fact that this practice has not bothered contacted me to find out what happened really says it all. I notice that the only comments that are responded to are the positive ones. I would have thought that a person walking out of your practice in tears would have warranted at least a phone call

I am more than happy to give you a call if I will be speaking to the person who can assist.

The clinic was able to book a last minute appointment for me and I was so grateful! I found my technician (Sam) to be extremely knowledgeable and very kind. Highly recommend!

Absolutely no compassion at all. As a woman in third trimester, I reached out to OPR earlier than my scheduled appointment to try and push an ultrasound early as I was struggling so hard and was in extreme pain. Not only could they not change my booking but was told that they were actually running about 40-45 minutes behind. I then had to empty my bladder and restart the process only to suffer a second time in 1 day. Told to be there 10-15 minutes late due to THEM being behind, I got there and had forgotten my referral as all I could think about was the pain. I offered to go back home and get it (round trip of about 7 minutes), get the scan done and bring the referral right afterwards or get my obstetrician to email it immediately but nothing would suffice for this staff. After all this, the staff member had the audacity to turn and tell me that I WAS LATE and spoke down to me like it was all my fault. I now am forced to reschedule my appointment. Nevermind the other issues where the bulk billing was never fully explained and I have been paying hundreds $ out-of-pocket to pay for these scans where I could go elsewhere and get them for free? ! No doubt I will be going elsewhere.

What ever happened to common courtesy, putting yourself in another’s shoes or genuine compassion? I’m beyond mortified.

The every employee from Doctors through to Receptionists are just delightful. No wonder my GP recommends them.

The staff here are just wonderful. They are very kind and professional. The waiting times are quick and it’s quite easy to get and appointment. The entire practice is decked out and comfortable. I have been helped by Sandra, Belinda just to name a few. Would recommend this practice to anyone.

I have attended this clinic twice for hip ultrasounds for my daughter at ages six weeks and three months. The radiologists at both were extremely professional and calm which helped when my daughter began to cry. They gave me pointers and told me how to hold her so that they got the best images with the least amount of stress for my baby. The reception room was also clean and spacious (Complying with Covid Regulations) and the receptionists were so helpful both on the phone and in person.
