8This mob passed my details onto a 3rd party trying to scaremonger me into signing up for tax audit insurance. Weird and quite frankly uncalled for. I don't know who would have thought this was a good idea and not realise how this would poorly reflect on their company
Unresponsive to emails, and prone to errors on BAS as did not check anything - just submitted it. Why pay these guys?
I was very excited to get a team of professionals to help me with my new business. I was nervous and needed my hand held. Jessica Cole did a great job setting me up in Xero and taking me through the basics. Then she just didn't respond to my queries. For so long I though she must have suffered a tragedy. I asked that in the future a quick email saying "I have seen this, will get back to you asap" is all I needed but that never happened. I was saddened and let down. I could not recommend them at all. As an experienced project manager I know how quick and easy it is to make clients feel at ease but this service was not there at all. I stayed with them until I had time in my super busy life to find someone new. I so wanted them to be the ones.
