Optus Tuggerah

I bought a watch and eat buds here. Optus helpline spent hours with me trying to get the watch properly connected to my phone and one of the ear buds was faulty. Now it is in to get fixed and the serial numbers don't match. So i havent heard from them in mire than a week, and im without the brand new product I've paid for. In fact I haven't had then for over 3 weeks now. Brand new!

Optus at Tuggerah have no idea on their policies. They informed me that they would cancel our TPG account for us and we didn’t have to do anything since we were transitioning to Optus. A few months lasted we were charged from TPG which they informed us our account hadn’t been cancelled. We lost money because these people at Optus don’t know their policies or even what their company offers. Thanks Optus! You really know how to screw people over! Shop around people!

Disappointed in optus. Shop was ok but being forced to sign up to direct debit with new plan is not ok plus they have split internet off phone bill so i now have to do 2 optus bills not happy

What a joke of a telecommunications company don't tell you about hidden fees and or charges they misinform you and their only service team are absolutely a waste of time they tell you they will fix it but don't

Went in to bateau bay village optus store for information, only guy was useless couldn't answer questions.other person looked at my contract and as iam smaller $ walked away. They only want big $ customers

Yesterday my wife and I were subjected to appalling and humiliating customer service at this store. We were "served" by Ryan, Chloe and a receptionist. All three displayed a complete and utter lack of professionalism, a complete unwillingness to understand the problem and it's history and an unpreparedness to offer solutions or an alternative. Ryan in particular was aggressive and threatening. I have been a loyal Optus customer for over twenty years and this was my first negative experience but it was a doozy. My very strong recommendation to people is if you have an Optus service requirement or are contemplating using Optus as a service provider you give this store a very, very wide berth. Lastly I have used my surname here in contrast to Ryan and Chloe who refused to give me their's when I told them I would be lodging a complaint with Optus Australia.

Emily from Tuggerah was a breath of fresh air with her help and advice today. After disgusting lack of service from mark at Lakehaven.we will never return to Lakehaven! Beware everyone once you buy your phone they don’t want to know you. Emily had been so supportive can’t thank her enough! Would recommend her anytime to all if you want service with a smile.

Our sales person Emily was great to deal with. Sorted our issues quickly and knew her stuff. Definitely employee of the month with a pay rise. Great customer service isn’t always easy to find.
