21 Raymond Terrace Optus is the best Optus store in the while Hunter Valley. Always clean and have plenty of experts ready to serve.
David in particular has been so helpful and polite. This young man is always dressed professionally and able to assist any issues I have. David has personally replaced several of my broken mobile screens due to myself dropping my phone. He has helped find solutions to billing issues and upgraded plans without fault. Cudos to David for his wonderful customer service and expertise which keeps my husband and I coming back.
The staff more then helpful also Step spent more time helping me set up my sim. I would recommend this business to anyone as the staff will fix your problem and get you started with optus.

What a difference to newcastle i had a lovely young man help me with a locked phone nothing was to much trouble he also explained why our service had been a problem and set my phone to over come that problem highly recommended worth more money great job guys.
Bought a dongle USB. Asked the sales person before buying if this is compatible with MacBook and she said yes. Later I found out it’s not because it’s 32 bit device. Asked for refund but been told no refund policy and no alternative option given. 39$ wasted.
Not my first time though that I encounter optus sales persons being trained only to take out products and swipe cards. I regret thinking dongle device could be simple enough for them to be familiar with. Optus really need to ensure sales persons are equipped with enough knowledge of their products.
I recharged my Prepaid mobile on 8.5.20, and I instantly went into the draw for a motor vehicle. I was interested to note that the draw was on the 6.5.20.
The team here are the most helpful I have ever known. They helped me with my account problems with a damage claim that lasted months. The place to go when you need any issues resolved. Thank you optus Raymond terrace!
They happily sold me the $99 entertainment bundle.but put tbe wrong address for the delivery. After multiple calls and messaging I've been given the run around and told to wait. The telecommunication industry ombudsmen is involved and I've waited over a month for a Fetch Box. Buyer beware
