Long story short, Optus online stuffed up my order and advised me to head out to the Plumpton store. AK from the Plumpton store took ownership of the issue, promised timelines to get everything fixed and delivered as promised. Very happy with the end result. AK is an asset to your branch. Pretty poor service they couldn't figure out how to add another phone to my plan pretty disappointing and on the phone with customer service and everyone trying to figure out how to just buy a phone outright but they can't even figure that out either

Management is zero, selling broken item to customers when they already knew the problem, I will never this shop again, and the manager is a rude person. He is not fit for this position

Went to upgrade my phone under the Flexi plan. Staff member was given my phone. She claimed she needed to inspect the phone for damage so took it out the back staff room. Phone came back some 5 minutes later with a crack in the screen and the staff member saying they won't upgrade as it is damaged unless I pay an insurance claim.

Avoid this store and never let your phone go out of your sight with staff.
