Fantastic service at this store. All the staff were helpful. Bridget was so kind and patient in dealing with my mother's phone dilemmas on more than one occasion.

Called about retrieving my old number, said I’d be put on hold for 1-3mins, 15MINS later I hung up, only have $10 credit & these companies don’t understand poverty!

I had stopped by Optus to get my SIM card replaced. Whilst in there, they young gentlemen provided me with such beautiful customer service skills I was heartbroken to go home that day. I thought this process would take some time but fortunately enough I only spent a few minutes there.

“Okay I guess I’ll go now” trying to not feel sad by having to leave after such helpful service.

I absolutely never review places I visit usually, but feel like today was an exception and it has compelled me to do so! Popped into the Optus store in Newy East and had a stand out customer service experience. Steph greeted me at the door and had diagnosed my problem within minutes (despite my best efforts to detail my cumulative dramas!). She gave me an extremely practical and completely inexpensive solution, simply because it was the ideal one for me. I came into the store thinking I was stuck between a rock and a hard place and likely to shell out big dollars for the next few years, but she provided great advice and talked me through the process, not to mention did all the hard work for me. Her explanations were clear, detailed and to the point. What an employee to have in your service Optus. Not to mention she took the time to look through my setup to see what other value we could add. I've been a customer for ten years (thanks for this info Steph!) and she has been my best experience, by far. I'll be back if I need anything sorted in the future. Not to mention, great motorbike parking! Thanks again, your work doesn't go unnoticed!

I was served by Asher and Josh and they both had excellent customer service. They helped me get exactly what I wanted out of my Optus plan and were easy and fun to talk too. Highly recommend Optus Newcastle.

Visited the store to help my grandmother upgrade her phone. All staff were friendly but Stephanie stood out as she helped us choose the phone and plan that best suited. I was really impressed on the communication and information she provided my grandmother as she went through the processes. Highly recommend this optus store.

I’ve been here a couple of times and the staff are always so lovely but also groovy, and always down to have a laugh while we wait for all that fun technology stuff to process and load.went in today to get a gel screen protector on my new watch that i just got, from them as well, and shout-out to adam and steph and the other really cool guy that was there (i am so sorry i didn’t get your name…), you were all really cool! But overall, my go to optus store?

Simon from this store sorted my phone out in about 15 minutes. I had spent 3 + hours with Optus on the phone who couldn't.

I am not tech savvy, but I have been here on numerous occasions and I am really happy that the staff are very helpful and friendly.

I popped over to see these guys during a very short lunch break, which really wasn't fair on them because I was attempting to get signed up for a new phone plan with a bunch of extras in a really short amount of time. Even though I was rushed and tired and not very polite (sorry) they were extremely accomodating and helpful and managed to get me setup in no time flat while still explaining everything carefully. After this initial good experience, their service just keeps getting better and better. I've gone back a few times to return accessories (not their fault, I picked the wrong ones) and they have been really helpful and understanding, even when I would be sick of me by now if I was in there place. While every staff member who works there has been lovely, I want to give a special shout out to Pauline, who is the most professional, knowledgable and helpful sales consultant I think I've ever met. You guys should give her a raise!

I always go to this Optus store for my upgrades etc.even though it is further away. Great customer service really goes a long way!

Couldn't have been happier with my service today in store at Optus Newcastle City branch! Great customer service from Simon and the rest of the team. Approachable, informative, and organised. Would highly recommend the branch to anyone looking for anything from advise, a new device, or even just to purchase accessaries for their mobile phone! Extra credit to Simon today who assisted me with my purchase!

It's a good shop the staff are great and they like to help you if you have any problems with your phone or you can just browes or get credit

Had a wonderful experience at this branch this morning 31/12/20. Needed to set up prepaid wifi. The 2 gentlemen who served me were very helpful and had me set up in no time. Thanks again guys

Optus shop in Newcastle Mall is my go to for phone and net connection. For many years the service to me and my family has been helpful and outstanding. No Hi Tech BS talk, just good old fashioned authentic service.

Recently I dropped my phone. Broken Screen. So frustrating. Visited Optus shop Newcastle about 4.15 pm. Service was amazing. Within about 45 minutes we had my insurance sorted, a replacement loan phone in my pocket and now waiting to receive my replacement Samsung, identical to my original within the next 4 to 5 days. Smooth, no fuss service, thank you so much Jon and Pauline, really appreciate your assistance.must also add, my account reviewed and walked away saving about $100.00 a month as well!
