Misleading/deceptive.

I was offered a complimentary service/number while my esim could not be ported to my new phone. Ended up not being free- they charged me.

Great store! Friendly staff, knowledgeable and fun people. Had the best experience ever at this store, usually getting a new phone is a pain but the staffs in Ashfield store made it fun and painless. Highly recommended!

Anne from Optus Ashfield has been consistently helpful, patient and highly skilled in responding to every question (and there were many) I presented her with. I'm and old dinosaur and this Gen Y solved every IT issue I had. A very happy customer!

Called in to Optus store and greeted immediately, wanted to purchase a pre-paid SIM so I could transfer a Mobile number from Telstra and set up a post pay plan with Optus later. They did not have any SIM to sell me and sent me to Woolworths. Needless to say I am with Telstra now.

They offered me a screen protector, charging phone, casing for free. Those all for free, because I’m a good optus customer, a loyal optus customer that was they said. I make sure for three time if those all accessories were free for me and they say YES…. And you know what? After my bills arrived, they’re charge $240 for rubbish accessories. Its true. It happen to me. And they pretend don’t know me! My case has solved and they admitted it was miscommunication! How come miscommunications? ! Get Free or get discounts or pay instalment is different meaning! You know what happen with the accessories? Charging very slow and smells burn, casing too thick and cheap look for screen saver. I decided to buy from ebay straight away! More cheaper dude! Did I get say sorry from them? No! And now I have to pay $240 for 24 months for trash from Optus Ashfield. I went there to see they manager and the manager never show up!
I never comeback to OPTUS store in Ashfield! Scammers!

Highly recommend coming to this branch for your Optus needs or requirements.
Special shout out to Anne and Irene for your friendly and efficient service.
Will definitely return to this branch in the near future if I require anyservice from them.
Much better than the service you get in the Campsie branch.

You went above and beyond for me. You gave me many options with the water damage that my phone endured. Even if I move out of the area I will always come back to your store at Ashfield Mall with any future dealings with Optus. I would give you 10 stars if I could.

Went to collect my phone took 2 hours to transfer but was told to go home to complete the transfer manager was not there I still havent used the phone was not showed or explain what to do I'm a regular customer felt bit disappointed with the service

I went into this store because my iPhone 11 Pro touch screen was not working. I was still under a 3 year contract. The lady saw on her computer that I had warranty until the end of my 3 year contract. After she said no I only have the 2 years manufacturer warranty. She couldn’t explain why her screen said I have warranty for the 3 years. When I questioned her she told me to go to another Optus store. Sounds pretty unprofessional to me and like she had no idea what she was talking about. Terrible customer service. Thanks for nothing.

If you’re a business owner and you’re struggling, go visit this place. Your not just treated as a customer you’re treated as family. I’ve just upgraded my mobile. They gave me the best deal and great accessories. As for customer service AAAAAA+ it’s that amazing. Thank you team Ashfield especially Cyndi and Anna a customer for life

It is impossible to imagine how this could have been a better experience. We’d had some terrible indifferent and ignorant service at another local Optus store, so went to Ashfield. Wanted to set up new eSIM/remove old one so we can use travel SIM, to get ID check to make Optus app fully useful. Thanks to the very patient, polite and super knowledgeable woman helping us, got that done quickly. Then, also thanks to her, we shifted all 4 family plans to one account, saving a fortune and getting additional benefits at the same time. For an exceptionally positive customer experience, I cannot recommend this store highly enough.
