11 Dani was super friendly, helpful and supportive when we visited on a Saturday morning wanting to change our NBN to Optus. It's a small, busy store with only two staff, so it would be wise to visit during lower volume periods.
We went home with Modem in hand, including back up 4G sim which worked straight away and gave us more consistent service than we had been getting from our previous provider. The NBN connection kicked in within 48 hours as promised, and has been great so far.
Unfortunately they didnt have what i needed, but made some calls to find out who does. This is a Great Service

Went into optus today with my grandfather to help him with a purchase. We were met with amazing service and Alex, who helped us was absolutely awesome and helped him with exactly what he needed. This shop gets busy, but there's a large t.v. To watch and plenty of devices to play with. While you wait.
Started a new contract with this Optus store and from the start I knew something would go wrong, at the start they were trying to make me spend more money that I wasn’t going to budge from, the employee did not know how to use the system he had to keep asking others and in the end they ended up ordering me the wrong phone, after that the customer service was very bad, never again will I deal with this place.
