I recently visited Lucy at OptiSports in Barangaroo for a back injury, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. From the moment I arrived, Lucy made me feel at ease and took the time to thoroughly assess my injury and explain the treatment plan. Throughout my sessions, Lucy was able to articulate my injury and recovery plan in an understanding way, she also gave me exercises and stretches to do at home, which really helped to speed up my recovery.
