OUTSTANDING SERVICE! If there was an option to put 10 stars I would! The whole team at Optimum have been nothing but supportive, flexible, understanding and knowledgeable on the work they do.
We have been seeing speech and physio here for my 2 year old for some time now. The ladies are amazing at what they do, helping my daughter kick her goals. No question is too hard and they support me by researching and following up on queries, communication is strong and they always give a good report to me on where my daughter is at. I cannot recommend this service centre enough, we have tried many places all over sydney and this centre is amazing.
I also see an EP, which has been a game changer for me - always just working with chrio and physio, the EP helped alot on my strength.
Lastly the whole Optimum family are welcoming from reception to other therapists always being friendly and being involved with my daughters case as well. We appreciate all the support Optimum have provided, thank you to the team:)
Jayden exercise physiologist has helped me with my back pain and to manage pain. Jayde makes exercise enjoyable and it's become of my lifestyle.
