6My daughter has had speech therapy at Optimum Health Solutions and the Speech Therapist, Kalliope, has been amazing. After making no progress with our previous therapist, we have been so happy with the progress made with Kalliope and my daughter was able to finish therapy last week. We were able to fix multiple speech problems thanks to Kalliope's techniques, her beautiful rapport with Ava and also due to Kalliope's consistency. She is very kind and friendly but with firm boundaries - which is exactly what my wild child needed in order to learn and progress. Thank you Kalliope for everything, we are so appreciative of all your hard work!
I was referred To Optimum Sylvania by a back/spine specialist a couple of months ago. I met Daryl when I could barely walk, and over the time I have been seeing him, I have improved quite significantly. He is the best, he always treats you with respect but in good humour, and he really knows his stuff. Thanks Daryl, you got me back on my feet and eliminated my pain and I am forever grateful to you. I have been attending Optimum for exercise physiology for approximately 18 months and I cannot recommend them highly enough! My life has literally transferred beyond belief under the care of Daryl and Macalla. I am able to do things I’ve never been able to do, I’m the fittest and healthiest I’ve ever been. Their approach is friendly, client focused, professional and their knowledge base is astounding. I have rheumatoid arthritis and had never properly ‘exercised’ before Optimum and my quality of life has improved beyond words. Come and see the EP’s here, you won’t be disappointed!
Wanted to to charge 8 hours for admin at Moorebank centre for therapy 40 mins perfornight for 23 sessions, was told NDIS allowed to do so. Feel like exploitation of disability package by provider. Of course we didn't go with it n they will not need us as client as others with disability will still need the service. Please be fair with your quote not exploilitate disability bucks. Quote were not clear in the first place, need to know your hourly rate n figure out where the rest go.
