Worst experience ever never again walked in 4: 35 pm one attendant serving and fitting glasses with a customer for 20 mins, locked door at 4: 45 other customers turned away was not advised she was going to take so long. A very poor experience. Specsavers will get my business.

The optometrist Ivy is professional, friendly and super knowledgeable with contact lenses consultation- always very patient, too. Can't recommend enough!

I payed for 2 glasses 23 days ago but don’t arrive to my place. The communication is hard and they don’t answer the complaints. Also they don’t sent any mail of confirmation and don’t give you any number for track your order…

Tbh and with all respect I never thought that trying to buy glasses in Australia would be such a difficult and frustrating process.

There’s Asian sale girl speak fast and super rude! She doesn’t want to serve. She doesn’t know customer service at all. Not helpful. Won’t come back again.

Worst customer service ever!

Entrance door was half broken and when I was tryimg to enter, they yelled at me for touching the door saying I might damage the door.

Not to mention there was any warning sign about the door, nor
they came and greet the customer. Only thing they are worried about is the door, not customer.

I called up before the visit whether thry can get dpec from my lens and was told they could.
When I got yhere they said they cant.
I had to walk out thw door without getting anything done

The World Square OPSM staff are extremely professional and polite. I’ve been seen by multiple opticians at different times and the service and advice from each has been superb. I would highly recommend this branch.

I will have never thought buying a pair of glasses will be so fun and could make me feel so happy and exited afterwards.

I went to have my eyes checked and bought a pair of glasses for the first time ever.

The lady who served us was very nice, happy, joyful, smiling, receptive to jokes, making jokes herself.

She was very patient when helping me picking the glasses that suits me the most.

I felt so satisfied and grateful for the way I got treated and the great experience I received.

Not helpful, overpriced. They tried to sell me damaged frames, had several scratches on them. Waste of time and money, Go else where.

Bought a pair of glasses two weeks ago in this OPSM store. Served by a lady named Angela Dong. She is nice, patient and efficient. Very good shopping experience. Will be back in the future for sure.

The whole experience of getting my glasses is bad. The sales Angela Dong is not professional at her job as she is not patient and very pushy. She even recommended the wrong lenses, which made the lenses sticking out the glass frame. And she just makes up stuff saying mine lenses is already the thinner version when I went back to the shops to ask what is the solution. Her attitude really needs to be improved.

Angela Dong is such a wonderful girl, very patient and exprienced give me suggestions on my comlicated eyes glasses. It's a really pleasant shopping experience in OPSM in world square.

First time visit and was impressed with the staff's professionalism and wonderful service, especially with Angele Dong and Ivy Han. Got two pairs of prescription with a reasonable price, very satisfied.

Quick and simple appointment set up over phone. I got eye check up and prescription done. Great optometrist gave clear instructions. Would recommend.
