Great service. Been coming here for a number of years. Minor error with recent script for new glasses that was rectified expertly and quickly.

Very speedy and efficient service. The optometrist was pleasant and very thorough. I needed my glasses very quickly and they made every effort to get them to me before Christmas.

Discovered a lump on the inside of an eyelid this morning. Two hours later I was in Charles's exam room and he explained what was happening and how to resolve it. So thankful that I have the best optometrist ever! Highly, highly recommend.

Great service. She carefully checked my eyes several times to ensure I have the correct lenses. Took time and took care.

I was in the city today and accidentally dropped off a very tiny screw when trying to fasten one sun glasses leg. Not sure how to get the leg up again, I came to your shop. I was warmly welcomed by Charlotte. She found me a new screw and did the fitting as well. All was done promptly and efficiently. All was done free of charge.

Amazing amazing service from sales professional charlotte and manager Cheryl. Charlotte is extremely patient and gives excellent and precise recommendations for the glasses, and the whole process ends with manager Cheryl expertly adjusting the fitting of the glasses to perfection. Look for these girls in the future and you would surely leave the store with a smile!

I would like to recommend Charles. He was excellent. Very thorough & professional. I wish to have him attend to me on my next visit.

The staff are fiendly, efficient and thorough. I felt like I was in good hands from start to finish with my eye test.

I would give this place a negative score if I could.
They keep chasing me for an "overdue" eye test even after I've had one there. And they can't be bothered to enter the correct prescription details on my account. It's therefore a miracle that my glasses seem to have turned out ok.
I will be taking my business elsewhere in future.
I recommend avoiding this store.

OPSM great in George St-Helen is so professional - I had to have Laser work done on my right eye at Syd Hospital thanks to Helen finding this problem during eye check last year so thorough detected early thanks to Helen.

I booked a visit to check my eye grades and to wear contact lenses, met the specialist Sarah who is wonderful stats step by step and patient, she explained to me how to use how to put on and take off contact lenses and he did his job with professionalism and kindness. Thanks again Sarah, you are really professional.
