Opposite Lock & Tint South Nowra

Had my Pajero booked promptly for window tinting, did better from my original qoute by $75. OL & Tint did a great job, the window tinting looks fantastic.

Great customer service by Nathan, friendly and commucated well.

Great service highly recommend dan he is awesome at explaining the products and was quick to call when the items came into the store.

Took my brand new car here for bullbar and bash plates, picked up car with black over spray paint on my white front guards, first drive off road most of the bolts for the bash plate rattled out within a couple of hours, took car back as I wanted the job done properly, later taking my car to my mechanic to find opporsite lock used mixed bolts throughout they had even forced coarse bolts into fine threaded holes, do yourself a favour and stay well clear of this business

Slight issues with freight, MSA fridge slide and MSA fridge cage was approximately two weeks out. How ever all this has been rectified and very happy with the end result. My partner and I are very happy with the customer service we received in store at Nowra from all the guys.

Was finalizing to leave on a long road trip and had a major issue with my roof rack system and pod. A quick call to opposite lock at 4.50 pm and Dave was on to it. 45 minutes later we had a solution fitted in the dark which took some ingenuity and perserverance. Very grateful for the effort shown and meant we could head off as a family of 6 on the trip if a lifetime.

Stopped in to review the range of products I could potentially utilise for my Audi, a huge range and great prices! One of the cleanest and well organised stores I have seen, as others feel cramped with stock all over the place. I will be returning soon! Once the time is right!)

Went to get some work done from the
"'professionals". My brand new 79 series Land
Cruiser came back with wiring stuck over the
window and between the door frame so as it was winded up it broke and disconnected the side mirrors completely. I’ll fix it myself. Wouldn't recommend to anyone!

Lied about reason for so-called additional admin fee for a ten minute job. Regardless of whether or not I "decided to just show up" the fact remains that I was clearly in a bind and they took advantage, clearly lied and did not "take someone else off their current job" A girl walked out of the office and did the job in an already vacant bay in 10 minutes! Unscrupulous and dishonest.
Zero stars- AVOID!

Recently had a new towbar, 12 pin plug and redarc towpro fitted on my Amarok. Nice Job, Jess and Daniel were great to deal with.

Needed a last minute repair to my trailer plug. The team fit me in on the spot with no hesitation. Great service

Had my car in for a transmission cooler and snorkel. I got the car home and the next day I noticed oil leaking on the driveway (my car has never leaked oil). I rang NRMA and he came out to look and after removing the grill to get into the front of the car he soon found a hose leaking as it was not tightened up properly. He then said all the air filter hoses were loose and pointed out to me the hoses for oil cooler were way to long and were all all zip tied to car to witch he told me it will rub and wear a hole in it. He said a good mechanic would have put a casing over it to protect it. I’m doing lots more work to my car and this company will not get any of it I’ll be at nowra 4wd.

We had 2 vehicles tinted here. Have to say the staff and workmanship was excellent. Highly recommend and will use again.

Purchased a I Drive yesterday the guys at opposite lock where amazing installed absolutely love it in the ranger. I also had the hps tailgate assit installed by the guys and has made such a amazing difference and I'm not worried about the kids opening it and it coming down as fast as it does

The guys at opposite lock did a 20% tint on my windows and back windscreen. Opposite Lock did a fantastic job the darkness of how I want it, the staff is so friendly & honest. Highly recommend for a car window tinting and etc!
