Very bad customer service, Never serve as requested. Always makes lame excuse. Not efficient at all. Took customer as grounded.

Worest place to eat burn chicken and overcooked littile quantity for the price never again

Good food.at least if you get what you order. I ordered wraps got half burgers half wraps.then guy behind counter try to convince you that you are wrong and thats what you wanted with rude and increase voice. Beware what you order and check 2 ce before you pay for it.

14 dollar pulled chicken cold chicken less than 50 gm of chicken in it, worst oporto ive seen value for money not at all

This is the best fast food you can find on the Sydney harbor. It isn't fine dining it's really good fast food.

Whoever the store manager there is, she’s not professional, does not treat her staff with respect and barks orders. The food is always good - love a good Oporto feed. But her attitude was subpar

Terrible food and service. Very disappointed I didn’t have high expectations and even then am thoroughly disappointed. Serving staff were in a terrible mood and a hurry to get you out of there obvious they didn’t care whether or not they got your business…

Food was amazing. Better than McDonald's at the same price. We came to Darling Harbour 2 times when in Sydney and both the times, we had our lunch here.
The staffs were polite. They even had some bollywood songs playing in the background.
There's very little space for dine in but you can surely get your lunch packed and have it at a park.

The worst service and they're so arrogant about it when you try to talk to them- as if you're the one who has done something wrong! Yes because I'm the one who couldn't get my order right and I'm the one who works for you.
Oh, and because you are so cheap right?
Seriously, I get takeaway like once or twice a month to treat myself so I don't mind paying for it at times- but this was abysmal.

Terrible service, we were not given chips with our meal and when we asked for the chips the staff was so rude, including the manager. They made us pay for the chips and the staff didn’t even apologies. They said you should checked your order before because we are short of staff. Very unhappy with the service.

The food is basic the chips tasted like they had sand on them and the burger had no cheese

I got the half chicken meal with the side of rice. I felt sick after. Would not come back or recommend.

It was good to see that Oporto was open on new yesterday day while many outlets were closed. Some options were not available on the day, but were served well.

I used to love this place but today when i ordered double bondi burger and spicy cheese chips the burger was not tasty as it used to be sometime and also there was small pieces of stones in the burger and i just chucked it on the bin. I just wanna request the staffs to be extra careful on serving the customers. Thank you.

Tiny piece of chicken in my cheese chilli fries. Noticed most opporto locations say they use both the fryers for chicken and fries, tired or requesting to stick to the vegan fryer only. Wish they follow policies more strongly, keep the vegan fryer contamination free

Had to repeat my order over and over again. Location isn't convenient. Serving is pretty quick though.

Firstly would like to say the food was awsome and the service was in par in addition the trainee on the front counter Slesa was awsome knew her products and believe who is training her is good at what they do I recommend this location as the place smelt fresh and clean as well.

Staff were rude. Checked with them 3 times that the order they were giving me was my receipt number and when I got back to work of course, it was not my order. Waste of time and money

Good service, food quality in line with the Oporto standard.
Wait time reasonable and acceptable.
Despite being open, the seating was packed up.
