Opera Furnitures

Better to go for a different furniture store.these guys are not even responding calls and mail after you pay advance or buy the product. I requested for minor modification to add extra wool to make it firm.the product is delivered without hearing my thoughts. I was ready to pay extra.now they are not even attending my call within a month after delivering the product.no idea how I will claim if there is any warranty issues.my warranty is for 10 years.but no one is responding within a month.

Better to go with big furniture giants.

I appreciate how the way you recieved me at your store, this is basics done by all retailers.and please don't compare your customers by their range which is not a good attitude for a sales person, today I bought a $1000 product and there might be people who buys for $ 20k or $ 200k based on their needs. And most of the human will try to get the best deal from a store.i accept you did a
15 % discount for the boxing day sale.and you delivered for a fee which all retailers will do, don't portray as if you delivered for free.

Could you please update here how many times I had to call you guys both the store and mobile number and how many times have you answered my call. Also pls let the readers know how long did you took to respond back?

If in case after an year or two if i want to check something about warranty how will be ur response? Dont worry, This will never happen in my case. I had already forgot about the warranty.

We have been searching for dining chairs for months and finally found some to match our existing table at Opera Furniture. The service on the day was fantastic we were well looked after by Martin also the delivery man Daran was great assembling the chairs he was very friendly and helpful. We will always be looking for furniture at this shop before we go elsewhere.
