Met Opal Team late 2020 during pandemic. Started construction June 2021. Covid played a major role for all the challenges we overcome during construction process. From all the lockdowns, tradies getting sick, delayed materials plus unpredictable weather that resulted for major delay for handover. - Fast forward to Aug 2022 Opal was able to built us a beautiful house we now call home.

Received my 1st home from Opals SS construction over the weekend, It's an excellent product with all high class & premium inclusion, though there were few hiccups during the build process as state wise lockdown & weather played it's part but Opals was extremely supportive & kept me in loop with all the updates and I must appreciate site Supervisor Yuvraj knows his job & kept me updated with all this build process. Thanks Opals & Team!

I had selected Opal Construction to build my house and it was a great decision! They were very reliable and professional. Would highly recommend for any future builds.

Building with this builder, they are horrible! Do not go near them. As proof, Yuvraj/Mannat/Bhavana/Siraj/Meesum are names who work for the business and have posted reviews to hype their ratings up. Surely others are also affiliated people. We signed a little while ago and a few months later it was a sad story. Struggling badly with their office and staff. All work quality and communication is extremely poor. And now hearing stories about their bad work from others too. We are stuck.

After hearing lots of horror builder stories from Friends and Family and FB groups, we spoke with multiple builders. Now after living in our house for about 5 months, we can confidently say - we made the right decision to pick OpalSS team to build our house.
They have been nothing but helpful all throughout the build. Very transparent and flexible about everything. We were first home builders and had lot of doubts about lots of different things, but Sudhir and his Team always suggested the best solution.
Inclusion -wise, they are THE BEST bang for your bucks (at least when we signed in 2021). They were honest and upfront about everything since the beginning.
Lastly, I have to mention our Site Supervisor Nitin - what a top bloke. I appreciate him so much for dealing with me even when I was difficult at times.

Sudhir and team were introduced to me by my architect. I was quickly impressed by the number of custom duplexes they build and their strong reputation in the area.

Opal built my Revesby duplex in 7-8 months, and we sold both above expectations as a result of the high quality construction. We are now building another duplex in Panania and about to commence another project in Chipping Norton. Sudhir is now my builder of choice.

They are not professional. I went for an interview and the person didnt know what position I applied for. Lack of communication and in the middle of interview the person started discussing personal issues and work progress of the project making me wait 20-30mins while the interview was going on. Not Recommended!

We have no hesitation in recommending Opal Construction. We have told our friends about the beautiful home they have built for us. Overall very happy with the decision on building with Opal Construction.
