Gary came initially to look at the sight and see what we were after. He was very knowledgeable about the products available and what we could do with regard to council. At opal they took the time to get the approvals required. Now our car port is finished and the job is great. I was very impressed with the guys who erected it also. They left the sight clean and any questions along the way they had answers for. Couldn’t praise the whole team enough.

Had a bathroom made and quoted by Sturt. Responsive to demands and hiccups. Impeccable quality by the team in Peter and David.

Phil came to provide a quote for us and was incredibly professional and knowledgeable about the finer details for pergola, design choices and also council rules and regulations. He was open and honest about everything, which I found other businesses try to hide many details from you. I found his service outstanding and would recommend at least considering these guys.

Fantastic service. I had a Stratco carport supplied and installed by Opal at the beginning of 2020 and I’m still very pleased with it now.

Gary the sales person was really helpful and took the time he needed to assist us with all of our questions throughout the process. Opal helped us with dealing with council and knew how to navigate the intricacies of that process.

The tradies were prompt and professional, and the job was done well. They came back and remediated a scratch in the gutter without any hassles. Gary has also since advised me on my pergola too.

OPAL IS EXPENSIVE BUT DO GOOD QUALITY WORK
If I was only reviewing Opal on the quality of the work done I'd give it 5 stars. The job however took far longer than necessary to complete with Justin the owner of the business getting involved to resolve the delay & make sure the job was completed. The patterned concrete and the patio that Opal completed 4 months after signing a contract were finished to a high standard. The patio in particular looks fantastic and was built to last for many years.
