Just a quick note to thank you and your team at Onshore Constructions for my beautiful new home. I I absolutely love it and am still adjusting to waking up here every day. I pinch myself to make sure I'm not hallucinating!

You have excellent people working for you. They were always courteous and respectful to me, and nothing was too difficult for them.

They made my dream of owning a house a reality. Ryan and his team have been extremely helpful. I began my home discussions with Ryan in 2022, and he provided excellent feedback that assisted me in making an informed decision. Everything went swimmingly after that. Thanks also to the site supervisor, who was helpful and supportive from the start.

I've had several friends and family members visit, and I wanted to let you know that they are all very impressed with the finished product and workmanship.

I'd heard about Onshore Constructions from a friend and inquired about the possibility of developing our corner lot. The promise of selling half the block before construction began was fantastic, allowing us to get the house we wanted.

Ryan and the team took over project management and construction of our job after receiving DA approval. They handled all aspects of procurement and trades, and despite being shut down for a time due to COVID and the associated difficulties in obtaining materials, they still managed to complete our job on time. Throughout the construction period, we were kept up to date on every aspect of the job, and nothing was too much trouble for them.

I was concerned about having to sell half of our land before construction could begin. I'm not sure why, because it sold quickly and Onshore Constructions acted quickly. We approached Onshore Constructions in November 2021 and will move into our new home on September 29,2022. Amazing considering Covid's limitations. Our house, like all Onshore Constructions houses, has a beautiful finish.

The entire project appeared to be completed with minimal fuss.

The construction process went very smoothly, and I frequently checked in with my building supervisor. I'm very happy with the level of craftsmanship and attention to detail displayed by all the trades.

We went back and forth so much throughout the entire process, and nobody seemed to mind at all! They were very respectful, professional, and helpful in seeing that all the changes were made for us. They had unrivalled knowledge of current construction trends in 2023, and we are thrilled that we were fortunate enough to work with them on our project.

Onshore Constructions was extremely helpful in developing a suitable design that met our requirements at an affordable price. This installation crew was quick and efficient, erecting the pergola in half a day. The fit and finish were superb, and the team was extremely professional.

It is my first time constructing a house with absolutely no knowledge. I can honestly say that Onshore Constructions offered the best value for the money after doing some comparison shopping and visiting several sutherland shire home builders.

A fantastic experience with Onshore Constructions. They did a fantastic job developing my 3 homes in Caringbah NSW from start to finish. These Sutherland Shire builders were very competitive against other builders in the area. Consequently, we started discussions with several builders in the Sutherland Shire about a custom-built home, finding Ryan Lord from Onshore Constructions to be very helpful and responsive.

We also had Onshore Constructions renovate our family room and bathroom in another project. They were done in the time frame promised and on budget. The budget costing from Onshore Constructions for the proposed construction was cost competitive and given the pleasant/better experience in dealing with Onshore Constructions, compared to other builders we had commenced discussions with about a home renovation.

They were professional and responsive when we had questions and changes. The remodel turned out much better than expected and we will definitely use them again for all our future work.

The entire process with Ryan Lord was smooth, he offered to come to our house in Caringbah South, NSW, 2229 to finalise plans and how we wanted finishes. Ryan ensured that our contracts were completed and signed within a timeframe. He did not only meet the deadlines, but got them through 2 weeks earlier than what the deadline was. Even now, I can call him or just drive there, and he would give me advice. He is like a friend that you can trust. The team were respectful of my home and were great with my dog!

It's reassuring having that level of comfort when you can't be home. I never felt like I had to worry. Ryan was easy to communicate with and was honest in his opinions, but respectful to mine as well (even if they were different, haha)

During our building process we incurred problems and situations as you would expect to during a build job (this is our 4th one) but we never felt as if we not taken care of, in fact so issues worked in our favor and we were upgraded for the trouble.

There will always be challenges with building your dream home as you would want to have everything perfectly, and to achieve this you need a builder with a lot of patience and to us we were fortunate to have made our research well and chose Onshore Constructions to build our home.

We are quite happy with our end product despite minor items that will soon be fixed having only moved into our new home last week.

I would have no hesitation in building with Onshore Constructions again and thank you to my draftsman for introducing me to Ryan. I am sure I will love living in my new home once completed.
