Rude, pushy and arrogant.
The owner of this place went for a test drive with no seat belt on. Also tried to rip me off saying that I had to fix some things that I didn’t need to just because he thought that I didn’t know what was going on because I had no idea about how to say some mechanical parts in English however I know on my own language.
0 professionalism!

Edit: What are all the question marks about? Look at all the rest of your reviews and specially your replies to the negative ones.

You are the one making yourself STILL looking unprofessional EVEN after 2 years.
How about you mature, admit your mistakes and try to give a better customer service.

Do yourself a favour, never step your feet in his workshop. Just don't do it!

Initially, they are friendly but if anything goes wrong with the service they provided they became aggressively unprofessional and rude.zero warranty involved.

I had an issue with my oil pressure sensor and I went there to fix it and do the regular service in my car.

Historical Facts:
1st day - He did the car "service" without fixing the sensor because he needed to wait for the part to arrive (fair enough) - Bill $565.30

2nd day - Sensor replaced - Bill $558.20
When I got home I notice a pink liquid puddle underneath my car. I called him about the issue and noticed he was not that friendly or helpful anymore.

3rd day - Went back and found out that it was transmission fluid leaking from one hose that had magically broke at the same time I left the workshop the night before (but that is ok, this review is not about that) - Bill $604.75

- When I got home I noticed the plastic engine cover was in my back seat and after trying to put it back on myself, it was impossible because multiple hoses from the top engine were wrongly positioned, twisted on top of the engine, one hose holder was broken and the other not in place.

4th day - I went to the workshop to ask them to fix the orientation of the hoses, the hoses holders and put the engine plastic cover back on.

- He was not happy to fix his mess and waste his time with something not profitable. While I was there, he started being very rude, making jokes in front of me with another mechanic like "he came to do the service and now he wants a new car". Understandably, at that stage, I lost my patience and we started to argue about the unprofessional comments. I confess I did swear at him saying "I came four times to your ****** workshop" and I am sorry that.
His son then joined the discussion and he confirmed that he was the one to have completed the service, not John, so everything John had said about "I didn't touch here and there", wasn't true, he was just dodging the service warranty.
- The situation with John's son escalated in a way that John had to remove his son inside to avoid an imminent fight.

In conclusion, John could manage the hoses in such a way (wrongly) that now we can close the engine cover but he couldn't find a way to attach the hose holders on the engine block, I just went to another mechanic and he did in 5 min.

Excuses:
- John always mentions that he didn't touch the parts affected, but strangely enough on the 3rd day he said he didn't touch the top part of the engine, on the second day he mentioned he didn't touch the bottom to above blame on his service for two separate issues.
- Even if the problem happens straight after you leave his workshop he will say "this could happen anytime".

Losses:
- 4 trips to his workshop
- Almost two weeks without using my car
- More than $1700 bill from John
- 5th visit to another mechanic, more money spent
- The new mechanic recommended the service needs to be reviewed, so the 6th visit is booked.

After commenting with my friends I figured out they had a similar experience with John.

This review is not about the charges (this is free marketing) but about the lack of professionalism, customer services and mechanic skills.

Based on the previous reviews and their replies, you can notice what I have experienced first hand.

Told me they’d order in by next day for 3pm and call me back.
Didn’t call me back. Came in and then said “it was too expensive to freight, forget it. ”
I said, “Ok, thanks for calling me back. ”
He replied sarcastically.
Zero apology. He and the receptionist smirked at each other.
The tyre wasn’t even gonna be that cheap.

Very rude, have no concept of customer service. You can tell by their responses to the 1 star ratings. Best to avoid these guys.
