I was harassed to sign up before Christmas, I signed up with a clause in the contract it was subject to the sale of a business.
A month goes buy with no contact from anyone.
Before the sale date had even been hit I am sent an invoice for the full amount which was not discussed at the time of sign up.

Got called by the Philippines chasing their money multiple times.
Since then contacted Curtis multiple times and only responded via email even when I asked for a phone call!
Finally he rang me and offered all sorts of contact which never happened.

If you want a production line marketing agency and be a number then definitely contact OMG! Poor customer service at best.

Not good experience team for e-commerce business at all. Can't fix even basic shipping set up for us in 6 months time, while we work with them and finally have to cancel the service and got another company, who has really good understanding for e-commerce business CPC ads.
