Onit Gym Epping is such a great gym to join. I try go at least 5 days a week and I never feel like it is a chore to get up and go to the gym. The trainers are absolutely amazing. They push you, motivate you and encourage you to do your best. I have definitely seen amazing change in my body. Not just physically but also the way I feel on a day to day basis. Thank you to Pete and the team for such a great gym.
