Only support you until you buy the product but there's no customer service after. Bought an expensive item and wanted some advice after, emailed twice but just being ignored because they got their money

Terrible customer service. We ordered our furniture in March and didn't receive it until November. We were told that we would receive it by the end of April and they gave it to someone else on two occassions and made us wait after constantly stringing us along. I don't recommend these incompetent people which act like robots. 'Useless' and 'rubbish' would be a compliment for these people which do not value customer service one bit. Very very disappointing!

I had the pleasure of working with Aurora at One World when I purchased by side tables and she has been amazing regarding all correspondence and communication. Thank you Aurora!

My wife Barbara loves this store and has been a customer for many years. She doesn't have facebook so is posting through my page. Not being one to normally post reviews the exceptional service from Sherie, Geoff and Cathy deserves my 5 star review. From the moment you enter the store you will receive a warm friendly welcome followed by outstanding advice and service. I have taken both family and friends into this store and they all come out amazed by the stunning furniture and homewares and the staff service to match. The clearance section is an added bonus. Thanks to the lovely staff for the many years of great service.

Awesome Company. The West Gosford staff, Cathy and her team are always so pleasant and helpful to deal with. They go that one step further to deliver world class customer service. The goods are fantastic and ooze quality. When delivered they are so well wrapped. Definitely our fave shop. I drive many km's out of my way to visit the shop frequently. The Coffee shop does amazing coffee too! Keep up the great work Cathy!

I ordered their Dandros Linen Ottoman through Zanui online shopping site. Zanui has gone into administration as of 29/10/19. Apparently Zanui have not paid their suppliers and one world is one such supplier. I spoke to oneworld collection directly today and asked them why they did not dispatch last week, it is because zanui did not pay them for the products they sold through their website. This issue have been going for long so as a supplier one world collection should not have sold their products. The lady I spoke to said she is still not going to dispatch my ottoman for what I paid through Zanui. Apparantly she wants me to buy on her website directly. Now why would I pay twice for one product? This is absolute rip off and speaks a lot about the company and their brand. Don't buy one world collection products.

I've been using One World now for a couple of years and their product are original and unique. Delivery is always when promised and if not there is an email to follow up why. Keep up the great work

OneWorld Collection appear to have some serious supply chain problems due to their new Malaysian distribution centre which is causing lengthy delays to Australian retail suppliers and their customers. Continual delays and excuses being passed onto retailers and so customers (like me) are becoming EXTREMELY frustrated. I've been waiting to receive my order now for 5 months! So where is it OWC?
