These guys organised special size tyres for my new wheels, picked up what stock they didn't have from another store

They then picked me up when my vehicle was done and even dropped off my old wheels and tyres off at my home address.

Booked in a pre-purchase inspection, never used these guys before but if we lived in area they would definitely become our go-to. Extremely professional, friendly and top notch service.

Had some wheels and Tyres fitted and asked for them to be checked over. All fitted and they told me there was no issues.

I get on the road and the car is vibrating, return it and only now they mention that I need hub rings. I ask if they can get them and get told no. I ask them to check the wheels are balanced, they tell me they are all balanced fine and one rim is massively buckled - Could they not have told me this when they fitted the wheels?

I go elsewhere, have the buckle repaired, have the tyres rebalanced - all are 15mm-20mm out of balance. Rebalanced, hub rings fitted and car is as smooth as when it was new. I'll never step foot in O'neills Warners Bay again.
