Went in said I need tyres asap if they have them can they fit them now, balance and alignement 45minutes later done and dusted. Thank you guys

Fitted me in quickly, very friendly service. I turned up early and they took my car right away to help speed things up. Reasonable cost. Comfortable waiting area with coffee and water. Had a laugh with the staff. I will be back if anything further is required

Great bunch of guys good on service my family been coming here for ever.
Tyres are on point.

Hate going to places like this because the Men that work at them are usually rude and dismissive but these guys are so friendly and very welcoming! Service was fast and the price was very reasonable, will absolutely be back.
+ the waiting room is 10/10 and free coffee!

Writing this review while watching there ad rolling my eyes. Took my Hiace Super custom to get some new wheels and tyres. I was worried from the first conversation that they were going to put my car in the too hard not interested basket. They looked at the car and were not sure about sizes I needed etc. They took down my details and ended up never contacting me as I expected. I could tell from our conversation that my vehicle would take some time and organisation to get a quote so I guess they want quick turnover. I was obviously happy to spend $$$$ as I heard good things but I guess not. Waste of time.

Excellent, speedy and cheap!
Had a flat and not only was it the cheapest puncture repair I’ve had, it was super quick and they even offered and replaced the fixed tire to the car for me. Plus all done with a smile! Couldn’t recommend this place higher!

Absolutely worth your money. Come and get your car fixed here. I went to 2 different shops (one in Waratah and one in Gateshead) to get my car fixed. The problem was my wheel kept pulling to left side badly.
The first shop did wheel alignment but it didnt fix the problem. Plus they didnt even have a clue what the problem was. Cost me $66
Went to the second shop where there did some testing to find out what the problem was. Came out with ridiculous list of things needed to be replaced and fixed that would cause me $2300 to get everything done.
Went to O’Neills, service was great. Front desk staff was nice and welcoming. Explaining things very well. Ensure me everything will be taken care off very well. Price was way cheaper that what the other shop had quoted me. Turned out the actual problem was just my front tyres were separated. Changed those tyres and done! Everything settled. Save my $2000. Seriously guys, go to these guys at O’Neills they really know what they are doing.
