Avoid this company. They allow you to be a tenant in a dirty apartment, yet claim that the apartment is in such a mess that is required emergency cleaning when leaving. We were not even given a chance to clean the apartment after their "assessment", even though we made every attempt to contact them to have the apartment cleaned. In the process got hit with a $300 bill without even being given the courtesy to be informed appropriately. And the bill was addressed to the owner of the apartment and not us. Probably good for them since they can claim it as an expense even though we reimbursed them for the invoice. Moreover we paid development charge for NBN and were given of notice of increase of rent after first six months.

Edit: Seems like they have resorted to fake reviews. Every 5 star review profile seems to have only reviewed this company.
