I would definitely recommend One Physio. The online booking was super convenient. Jay diagnosed my issue thoroughly and provided great detail to his diagnosis, which I appreciated. The initial treatment had me feeling better straight away, and the follow up exercises gave instant results giving me greater confidence in the diagnosis.
Jay followed up with me the following day which shows genuine care for his patients.
