We had such a wonderful, fun and very informative session with Loz! Thank you so much for your wisdom, guidance and encouragement. We learnt so much and feel much more ready for our baby girls arrival!

Fantastic class by Lauren! It’s informative but in a gentle, calm and interactive way. As first time parents we both got so much out of this class and feel more confident and knowledgeable in what to expect for both labour and also how to care for our little one. Definitely recommend!

My partner and I really enjoyed Lauren’s Class. Being first time parents it was super informative without being overkill. Lauren was down to earth and created a really cruisey day, We have both told several people how highly we would recommend One Mama Midwife classes!

When my midwife suggested we look at doing an antenatal class, I was very hesitant. I didn't want to sit in a room with strangers and feel like clinical information was being shoved in my face, let alone watch an old school birthing video. But then a suggested post appeared on my social media feed of the One Mama Midwife antenatal class and it looked a thousand times more inviting than a class at the hospital. Lauren was incredibly informative, open minded and not even slightly pushy towards any birthing options. She has a warm and gentle nature which makes for a comfortable atmosphere where you can ask any question that you want, without feeling silly. The space itself felt welcoming, and the small number of people in the room made it feel more intimate and relaxing and less like a class. I walked away from the One Mama Midwife antenatal class feeling much more prepared for my journey and my partner did too. I couldn't recommend Lauren and her class any higher. If you're looking to do any class before giving birth. THIS IS THE ONE!

The One Mama Midwife Birth Comb is an absolute game changer. I used it at home as a natural induction method, throughout labour for pain management, through pushing stage to help focus and again to get through afterbirth contractions! So versatile and effective for such a simple tool. Every birthing person needs this comb in their toolkit!

I just wanted to thank you so incredibly much and let you know how amazing my birth comb was during labour. I was induced and as the contractions started coming hard and fast, I used the birth comb and can honestly say it worked wonders! I felt like it helped me to control my breathing and focus on getting through each contraction. It definitely helped and continued to help me even after having an epidural! I’m still using it now to get through those after birth contractions. I am so bloody happy I was able to get my hands on one before giving birth. It was amazing. It really makes you feel empowered and in control. I can’t recommend it enough! Everyone pregnant mumma needs to get their hands on one and have it packed in their bags! Thank you again️
