One Dental - Dental Instruments, Supplies & Tools

I have been a customer of One Dental since March 2023 with my purchasing of a number of items including a dental unit. Recently I experienced technical issues with my dental unit which I contacted & referred to One Dental for assistance. Michael assisted me with this issue and reassuringly resolved my concern. One Dental is a company that thoroughly backs its products with great after sales care and support. Michael has been instrumental and very helpful in assisting and resolving my issue which I am very grateful for and highly appreciate.
One Dental genuinely supports ADC candidates to a high standard.

I needed a mouth model ASAP! For a school project year 7 science assessment i decided to call them i told them i need mouth model and everything they let me borrow it for free took my details the borrowed model is perfectly given good service the staff members are really nice super friendly thank you sm:)

Purchased dental models from them only to find out they were faulty and return them. They were replaced, only to find out the new ones sent were still faulty. This happened 3 times all up. Company sells faulty products with zero quality control. Customer service were of little help. Other products may be acceptable but will avoid in the future.

Great products, a bit expencive, WORST CUSTOMER service I have ever experianced. Joanne is doing great job in growing the company, however, the customer service is way to behind.

Bought Products from them and got them shipped to India. They responded quickly until they received the money. Post that there was no customer service. Had to pay double the amount to get them custom cleared in India. Never again. Don't buy from them if its international shipping
