As a new home owner my mind was put at ease when Joel and Renee took over as the property managers. Professional and experienced property managers I could not recommend more. 10/10

Joel Fletcher & his team are well organised, friendly & efficient, my property was rented after one open house.

I have rented off this agency for over three years
Over the years we have had countless issues with them not responding to emails and phone calls, it is also an almost impossible task to get them to return phone calls and emails.
Their services and tradespeople trash properties, and leave doors/gates open after completion.
Any issues we have had have been ongoing and have had to get tradespeople out at our own cost to fix.
We had landlords show up unannounced.
One agency very rarely provides email proof of communication made.
They dodge and avoid issues and then spring them on you at the end of tenancy.

A note for future landlords and tenants to ensure to not trust them naively as we have, and to hassle them to get lawful proof regarding any contact.

Renee and the rest of the One Agency staff were incredibly helpful working with me to sort out some very last minute logistics dramas I had on my recent interstate move. A big thank you for all your efforts, they were very appreciated!

Dodge a bullet & look elsewhere! By far the worst realestate agent/property managers we have come across. As we reflect on our past experiences as property owners, investors & renters we have never dealt with a more unprofessional agency. Don't believe a word that they say & alway's remember that they have their OWN best interests at heart. Dot your I's and cross your T's & be prepared for what is to come with Kristy Bloomfield & Joel Fletcher.

Clearly you don’t understand the meaning of anonymous. Obviously we are done with such a terrible agency and therefore we would rather avoid any ongoing contact. It seems that you cannot handle any criticism or genuine bad reviews. It’s clear that you have previous reviews that are quite articulate in expressing their honest & unfortunate experience & your response is yet again claiming that they are fake. We think it’s only fair to share the truth as that is the point of reviews. Everyone can see that you can’t handle a bad review.

I am another unhappy customer. I had the same problems as another client review and had to move agencies so I have summarised the comments already mentioned.
Joel Fletcher as a rental manager is a nightmare. As an owner he promises you everything and delivered nothing. Does not return phone calls not interested in servicing your property.
I also dealt with your staff Kristy and Brooke as well. Very disappointing and suggesting this a fake post means you know nothing about bots as they are not as intelligent yet to know correct spelling and the names of staff.

Had a great experience finding our rental through One Agency. Renee was our property manager and she was great from the get go. Would absolutely love to do business with her again.

Always a pleasure to deal with. Throughout the years of buying and selling, they have always been prompt in replies and keeping me up to date with my investment property.
