Every interaction we have had with One Agency has been great. As a first time renter, they were able to help us secure the property we looked at. It was exactly as it was advertised and the contract was very thorough and specific which left no grey area of responsibility at all. Communications are always answered quickly, including the hot water system problem which was rectified on the day we notified the problem.
