We had some difficult moments in selling the house, that I'm not sure any other realtor would have had the patience to deal with us on these issues and walk us through them as methodical and calm as he did. He has always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was.

Worst and unprofessional property management agency…. Unethical, immoral and disgusting…. My mother has brain cancer and had a seizure in the house. An email was sent but this was still not good enough for them…. Because she was behind in the rent, they took her to NCAT for vacant possession…. Not a payment agreement arrangement or told the member of what has happened (did not mention anything in the notes) …

My mother did not recall any of the prior chats or paying any rent due to the cancer taking over her movements and memory…. This did not happen over night, as the property manager things that this is a common flu. Im disgusted in process this agency took whilst my mother is in ICU…. You all think that the cancer in her brain grew over night!

Thank you Richardson & Wrench for the support and the arrangements made on removing my mother. Your agency is disgusting! You have just put more stress on her and you will be part of the problem when she passes away because of the stress and your supportive actions! This was only done to get a tenant at a higher rental and get get the first weeks fee….

Evdon recently sold our grandmothers home, he’s extremely knowledgeable for the area, easy to talk to and always helpful.
He also went above and beyond to help us, he’s respectful of our grandmother & our family and we would highly recommend him.

Proffessional Service. Evdon has been a true proffessional from start to finish and he did not cease to amaze us with his work ethic and regular updates, even when faced with adversity he shined and made sure our required outcome was achieved.
