The property lease team was very helpful and professional during my tenancy in Jervis Bay. It helped me settling down a lot more easily and comfortably after moving from the big city. I would recommend this agent to anyone if you look for a rental property in the area.

Thank you to Able and his team at Jervis Bay for an excellent job done selling mum's house in Vincentia over the Christmas break. Able and his team were great with keeping us up to date with information regarding open homes and feedback. The whole process was easy and painless. Would recommend them to anyone who wishes to sell in the Bay.

Extremely poor service. We booked a house for two nights whilst we visited the area with family. The house (127 Elizabeth Drive) was awfully smelly. Of course we called the staff to inform them of this to be greeted by, 'well we've never had a complaint before. ' Our assessment being, er, not really the issue and has no bearing. They did pop round but didn't tell us they were coming, and we were out. Also, as part of the check-in process, we were offered discounted local boat trips but when we asked the trip organisers, they were not sure if they would honour the discount! In the end, we didn't even stay in the house and rented a different property. I dropped the keys back the next day and was once again told 'well we've never had a complain before! ' Unbelievable, I cannot show you a smell, I said.
Consequently, we would not book through them again and have no hesitation in providing them with a poor review. In essence, if you want a holiday rental try somewhere else first!
Update: my apologies wrong address first listed, I have now edited. Although, if you had done a simple search of recent bookings you would have found my name and subsequently the correct address. Ultimately, my review of your office remains the same.

The agent Kyndal Clark is unprofessional. Had an unpleasant Airbnb accommodation experience from the agent. I was charged 180 dollars for the cleaning fee and been given an extremely unfair review - "make the house very messy" only because we didn’t make the bed. What is even worse is that the review from the agent says we left wet towels on the bed, which is a complete lie as we didn’t use their towels at all
