I dont like the fact i share a name with simon yang.
Reading the reviews below really shines a bad light on a company that would keep such a bad real estate agent and instead of reprimanding they are covering for him and instead attacking people who used their services.

The fact that he almost allowed my friend to view an apartment while someone else was viewing it at the same time during covid restrictions should be more than enough reason to have his real estate license revoked permanently.

Please keep making more fake accounts and fake positive reviews it is actually doing the opposite of what you are hoping for.

Imagine providing a good service and not treating people like your doing them a favor.

Simon Yang was unprofessional, pushy and consistently over promised and under delivered.
Slow to answer, didn't answer questions directly and was dismissive and unhelpful once the holding deposit was through. Upon final inspection on settlement, we were allocated 30mins but were rushed through it (15mins in), with Simon even suggesting it was a waste of his time and that he had "expensive hours".

Thanks for Simon Yang's help renting my property out with his professional experience, lots of good advise and suggestion from Simon, strongly recommand.
