I went to an open house a week or so ago and found the agent and the team were just not welcoming or even friendly. Didn't seem interested in talking or engaging.never come across that before. Usually the opposite.

Highly unprofessional… received a call at 10am stating we got the rental property we applied for and had to pay our deposit ASAP to take it off the market. We paid double the required deposit straight away, called and booked a removal truck (paid another deposit here) advised our current realtor and property owner of our move out date organised a council pick up for the move. Then at 4: 30pm that afternoon they called us stating the owner pulled out and they will return our deposit, I told them we will lose our deposit for booking the truck - our problem.
Funnily the agent has told us there were many applications however he picked 7 including ours to give to the owner and we got it. He stated the owners are moving out of state and this investment property would be long lease. Then backflipped in the afternoon. So my assumption is he gave them another applicant offering more money.
This whole thing was highly unethical, unprofessional and uncaring. We we’re so happy and excited had began packing and organising just to have it ruined in one late afternoon phone call. It’s one thing not to get a property but it’s another thing entirely to get it be so excited start making arrangements then have it taken away.
Highly dissatisfied, disappointed and discouraged.

Absolutely delighted with the service given by Daniel, Russ and team.
