Guy and the team were a pleasure to deal with from the day of the inspection, through signing the new lease, and all the little things that happened over my tenancy.
It was a lovely flat but in an older building so it came with the usual quirks in the plumbing etc. Any repairs were arranged quickly and I was always made aware of what was happening so that I was never inconvenienced for too long.
It was a great to be treated with respect and honesty, which is often not the case with real estate agents - especially in the highly competitive Sydney market!
They seem to genuinely care about their tenants so I would love to rent with them again!

Would not recommend this agency. I found Guy to be unreliable and rude to deal with. His lack of interest reflects in his business.

Guy and Dianna were very approachable and friendly. From the time they took over management of the home I was renting I was treated with respect. They balanced the owners needs and mine expertly. The inspectioms were carried out at times that suited me and attended to any urgent issues immediately. I hope to have an investment property one day and would be using them to manage it!

There are a few issues with the apartment itself when we first moved in. Guy offered to help and arranged repairs to get the job done. It was a bit difficult for me to move house and handle all those issues in the apartment at the same time. But thanks to Guy's prompt responses on the issues, it's getting better. I can say AMAZING things about Guy and the team at One Agency. From day one Guy has been brilliant. He is a really hands-on agent, the kind that is willing to get is hands dirty to see if he can easily fix something before just immediately calling a service man. Apart from that, he was always a pleasure to deal with and meet with. The only reason we ended the contract with him, was because we decided to move into the apartment ourselves and are no longer renting out any other properties. I tell you what, if we ever are looking to buy and/or lease another property - Guy will be the person we get in touch with.
