I adore Lume. I have been in and out of this store for a while having found their array of beautifully curated products so heavenly. Any time I have purchased something, a team member has always followed up with me personally on how I find the products and always on hand to answer my questions. Living interstate in a harsh climate, Lucy and Sarah have always spent the time finding solutions to my skin concerns and working within my lifestyle and environment. They have created such a nourishing, safe and beautiful space - it’s my favourite boutique. I have now gifted countless products from their offering to friends and family. I cannot wait to have a treatment when I am next in Sydney. Do yourself a favour and just walk in. You won’t be disappointed

The staff, scent, interiors and massage were all terrific. So relaxing and the 90 min timeframe for full body was just right. Favourite part was when I had to flip and the focus on all four limbs, head, neck and the oil dripping

The Lume Signature Facial is whithout a doubt the best facial I've ever had. The aesthetician was lovely and her attention to detail- on point. My skin was glowing from the inside out. Unforgettable!

Had the most beautiful facial with Chelsea today. She was absolutely lovely, well mannered, kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable and everything about and not to mention she was the most stunning woman I have ever seen.

Had the most relaxing facial with Brittany. I felt hydrated and clean and Brittany applied the perfect pressure to massage my shoulders, arms and face. Will definitely be returning when I’m in need of some me time again! Thank you

Recently i had my second facial at onda- so wowed by my first signature facial- It turns out that your experience is fatefully determined by your therapist. My experience between the two was as night & day. This time round my therapist lacklustrely massaged my face (it got more irritating than relaxing especially as there was no technique or variation). Also minimal if any massaging of the neck & décolletage which was amazing at the first appt.i had to ask for the massage to my arms whilst under the LED which is common practice; i think it felt like it was a drastically shorter massage this time. I kept an eye on the time & received a 75 min facial instead of the assigned 90 mins. I also think it would be nice to be asked before treatment if we would like our therapist to wear a face mask- to avoid the client having to tell them to do so. Nevertheless ONDA does have amazing products & the rooms are lovely, i wont take away from that.

I had the most beautiful, relaxing facial with Brittany at Onda. The products smell and feel gorgeous on the skin. The facial massage was amazing and I would definitely go back again.

If you want to treat yourself to something special, I highly recommend the ONDA Signature Facial with Kim at ONDA Paddington. I've never experienced anything like it! So many different sensations of steam, warmth, coolness, light. Along with an incredibly relaxing facial massage in Kim's expert hands. I was completely in the moment, wondering what was coming next. Kim used the Furtuna Skin products which felt amazing. It was so relaxing!

I chose this place as they support natural beauty products which I believe is very important. I'll be back for sure for another Pure renewal. I go to ONDA for the Signature facial with Clare and I honestly never want it to end. She gives the best massages and the treatment leaves my skin so clear and dewy. Today I opted for the mani/pedi on top of the facial (ONDA indulgence) and I have to say it was one of the best experiences. Beautiful space with incredible service. I can’t recommend the facials enough. Well stocked clean beauty products for sale I don’t have to research. I know everything in store is toxic free. I booked in for the 90 minute pure renewal facial & it was the most relaxing facial experience I've ever had! The staff were so lovely and down to earth and made the experience exceptional. I have sensitive skin and all the products used made my skin feel and look literally like new. I couldn't stop touching my skin! Highly recommend & would definitely go back!

I had the pure renewal facial which was supposed to run for 90 minutes though I was only in the treatment room for 70. Considering it’s a $290 facial this is a little disappointing

Nicole is the best. I trust her implicitly with my skin, she has a wealth of knowledge and a very natural and caring approach. The Pure Renewal is a must - the ultimate treatment. A few hours with Nicole never fails to make me feel completely relaxed.

I had the most incredible renewal facial at ONDA Paddington. The aesthetician was super lovely, very soothing, and present throughout the whole 90 minutes. The products smell and feel so delicious, and the hot stone massage was an absolute highlight! Thank you so much ONDA! Can't wait to come back:)
