Ismim Veysel Aksoy. Sydney'de yaklasik olarak 1.5 yildir yasamaktayim. Geldikten sonra bir sirkette yaklasik olarak 8 aydir calisiyorum. Ancak calismaya basladigimdan beri bir calisan tarafindan bana Ingilizce tabirle "Bullying" islemi yapilmakta. Calisan surekli bana bagiriyor ve kufurler ediyor. Suana kadar sesimi cikarmadim cunku calismaya basladiktan 1 ay sonra Supervisor'im bana bu kisiyi ignore etmemi soyledi. Ancak bana kufur etmesini ileri gecirerek artik Supervisor'imin yanindada kufur etmeye basladi. Gecen hafta ikinci kez Supervisor'imin yaninda kufur etti ve ben de bu olayi ses kaydina aldim. Bullying'den dolayi kendimi iyi hissetmiyorum ve Work Compensation hakkimdan yararlanmak istiyorum. Calistigim sirkette Casual olarak calisiyorum ve Citizenship degilim. Suanda Ogrenci vizesi ile Avustralya'dayim. Work Compensation hakkina yine sahipmiyim, sahipsem ve basvuruda bulunursam ileride kariyerime etki edermi ve Avustralya vatandaslik surecimi etkilermi.
