Gave my laptop in to try and replace a keyboard cause some of the keys weren't working. Jay and his team were very prompt with their service and assistance - and in the end, I didn't need to replace the keyboard and just needed it to be taken apart and cleaned. Keyboard works as good as new now. Super reasonable & competitive prices and fantastic service all round as well. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I had a water fall on my computer and I noticed the keyboard wasn't working properly. I went to the local computer shop on the northern beaches thinking it would be a quick fix. They rang and said they couldn't get the computer to turn on. They said they could transfer my information to an external drive and it would cost $475. I thought that was too expensive. I rang Omni Systems and he said they can replace the motherboard and get an external keyboard: total price $170. He was honest with me and said it is an old computer and I am better off getting a new one. So, the hard drive was put in an external case so I have the old information saved. Total cost $80! These guys are so ethical and honest as well as competent.

Guy who opened the shop told me the laptop guy in a bit later. After no call back I went in. The boss was there and told me his guy would look at it asap. The same guy that opened the store. After he checked it they had moved the DC so it can't be used and told me it would be over $200 to fix. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS

Update just got to central. Fixing what they broke and moved will be $75.

Update 2 the boss has just told me he is about to engage a lawyer and I should delete the post due to him having footage of what happened. Bring it on I say champ. I don't lie. Your employee told me the guy that fixes laptops comes in at 930. When I told you that you said he was not working today. Mmm made me think.one of you is lying. I don't really care as a professional fixed my unit in 20 min. My friends can inbox me for his details. He was happy to help me out after a stress filled morning. I just wanted a DC power adjusted. Turned out broken. All good now I'm typing from it.

I found Omni Systems after a nearby business had their door locked at 11am although they advertised as open at 9.30am. Anyway Jay fixed overnight the problem that I had with my aging Dell laptop and has suggested some new hardware to improve it's responsiveness. On the way back to my car I saw the other business was now open.too late.they missed out on a customer.it doesn't pay to have your door locked during posted trading hours.
