Omni Recruit (Sydney)

Clearly all the prior reviews are lies as most people posting have only left 1 review on Google.
This company posts on Facebook (not through omni recruit but through their personal pages) then has the hide to ask future employees to find other workers for them, they advertise paid lunch breaks then only pay for hours worked then abuse you over the phone with 0 proof cause they delete there ads on Facebook, can't demonstrate worked expected first thing, instead criticise workers during the day, supply broken buckets to fill with water to clean chairs with, don't supply shade, they do not have a smokers policy so you have to put up with other employees smoking next to you while working, don't supply bins so cigarette butts are being thrown on the ground, overall really unimpressed with there business model, do better

Omni recruit is an amazing job agency with amazing staff. Their managers and team leaders are so supportive and welcoming when you join and they are very easy to get along with. Would recommend to anyone looking for work.

Bloody good bunch of people, everyone was a delite to work with including supervisors, direction on how they wanted the job done was clear. Everyone got stuck into work and there were next to no issues. I for one would do this job day in day out. I had alot of fun working with you guys and it was a great experience. Thank you.
