Amazing gym! Owners have worked very hard and I have seen the gym grow over the years into what it is today. They have been very kind and humble. I've moved a little out of the area but have decided to become a member again as the typical commercial gyms just doesn't give the same energy for me

A local gym to facilitate your gains and aesthetics. Amazing facility, top equipment with calibrated plates, great environment, and atmosphere. Good service with friendly staffs and super clean and comfortable gym for everyone from beginners to professional athletes to train at.
Not only that, but even friendly members who can also help you and can give advice for whatever goal it is you are trying to achieve, whether that be hitting personal records or looking aesthetic. I will definitely recommend anyone to begin or continue their fitness journey here.

Perfect gym for a powerlifter! Tons of new combo racks, a V2 Elieko rack, and a belt squat! Highly recommend if you’re in the area or just wanna try a new gym.

Awesome local gym, very good price, plenty of equipment to use and is always clean. The staff are beyond helpful and accommodating.

High quality CrossFit coaches, funny, down to earth and humble. They are surrounded by a wonderful and supportive community. Everyone is friendly and welcoming in the classes. Always cheering their peers on and acknowledging each others hard work and commitment to improving themselves. There are lots of equipment available and they are all new and kept clean. There is also a 24 hour gym facility. It is easy to find, off The Horsley Drive and ample parking is available at the front and around the building complex. My only advice is.don't be late! Or burpees to follow. Welcome to the Gains!

Arguably the best gym in south western Sydney.

There is a great atmosphere about this gym with such friendly and helpful staff. Upon joining you will be welcomed by a lovely community of people!

Not to mention this gym is well equipped with all your needs, you will never have to wait for that " bro " to be done with that squat rack ever again:)

Going to the gym was a new thing for me and as many beginners would know, gyms can be very intimidating. The staff at OMEGAFIT made me feel so comfortable right off the bat and have continued to support me. It's been a year since I've joined and I've never felt so confident at the gym. The atmosphere and facilities there are amazing.
