The aircon professionals performed a very thorough maintenance service and dismantled the aircon unit completely. Bad odour smell is now gone from dust and bacteria build up, confident it won't be back for a long time. Very happy and will definitely use them again in future and recommend their services.

I rang got help at about 1pm, and was told that there would be someone there before 3pm, well they were at my house by 1.30pm!
The technician’s name was Joseph. He was accurate, precise, and sorted my problem quickly. Gave me a good quote before starting and the problem was fixed within the hour.
I can highly recommend Omega and Joseph and give them 5 stars!

Had a really good experience with Dylan E who initially diagnosed the problem and ordered the necessary parts and Akash who came and fixed the fans on my AC. Both were very professional, punctual and knowledgeable. Dylan diagnosed the issue immediately and Akash fixed my fans on the AC unit pretty quickly as well but taking good care and checking everything. Highly recommend them both

Our hot water service died while I was away for work, they my wife into buying a $5000 hot water service that is way too big for our needs. Our power bills have skyrocketed since. Their solution? Pay $2500 more for them to fit a timer.
