OM AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE AND TYRE CENTRE

Just visited this store - they’re artists in turning perfectly working car parts into expensive problems! If you fancy a quote that’ll make your wallet weep and a car that magically needs more repairs, this place is a goldmine. Zero stars if i could for mastering the art of the rip-off!

Worst service ever, I would recommend not to go in this workshop if you want to save money. The manager Priyank such a thief and rude person never talk to him. I have given my car as I got smashed in a car, I asked thousands of time to give me quote but everytime he is like I will not as we are working on cash because he have to take unnecessary money from me. When i got better deal from some other service centre and i asked him to give my car back he refuse and told me to give $300 to get the car, its my right to take my car where ever i feel like but this arrogant manager talk to me so rudely also shouted on me in front of everyone and clearly said that i will not give your car I want $300 for myself without giving me any bill, he didn’t touch my car and that too in cash as he is a fraud, highly recommended to everyone please beware of this workshop, thief are there to stole your money, for sure I will be going to fair trade regarding my experience but DONT GO TO THIS WORKSHOP EVER.

Tried to change a perfectly working alternator when I took my car here to check why there was noise coming from the engine. Logic and honesty is not familiar to these guys. They probably would have changed all engine parts one by one to find out the root cause of the noise lol. The alternator is still working three months later and a different mechanic was able to fix the noise without wanting to replace all engine parts.

Worst service shop in Sydney; these guys are a ripoff, they also tried to convince me my car needed break system while it’s fully operational, in the end they charged $$$

I had a really pleasurable experience with Om when I had been to their service centre for a pink slip. The service offered was very kind they offered to help inspect all aspects of the car and even replaced the worn-out tires instantly. I even had a scratch on the body removed which I didn't expect was possible that quick. Thank you. Would recommend Om for anyone wanting to get a service done or a car inspected for any repairs.

Had a very good experience over here. The service was very quick, gave genuine suggestions for the repair to be done and was reasonable. Truly the entire team at OM Automotive is reliable, honest and professional.

Dhiru bro is very reliable and always looks after his customers. Doesn’t over compensate on repairs for anything, nor does rip off with heavy fees. Always provides great feedback on how to maintain cars, Just a honest and friendly mechanic.

No good service after going there my engine become very noice and after service I checked my oil level is very low eveytime. Customer service no good.always asking cash money

Based on my friend reference, booked log book service d rego check for my car.

Before leaving my car for service no issues.
After the service is done. My driver door not locking.
Not sure wat other things they broke.

I booked for log book service check, they completed the service with out checking the existing log book entry how many kms is the next service

They just told all done. Once I check my log book after service there is no entry at all.
I need to go back again to fix this.

Another drama with pink slip - they said all done. I need to wait till evening to get this add in servicensw portal.

Very rude guy with long hair. Not going anymore. Boss automotive is good than these guys. Very rude, cultureless people.
