7 Every appointment I’ve ever had has either been cancelled the morning of, without any notification, or an hour before hand and notified by text message. I’ve never dealt with a more unreliable & inconvenient business in my life.
I have since been contacted by the Olympus Solutions complaints manager & been reassigned with a new job active consultant who is great & helped me with everything I needed:) Thanks Robyn & Bec
Terrible Staff are always lounging around while you wait for their conversations to end to be seen.
My son is having trouble finding work. This job provider doesn’t help, the staff try to convey him from being stream A to stream C. As if he’s got mental problems and needs to see a therapist and get medical documentation to put on their files. Rather help him build his confidence up in the right training for job interviews/ looking for job opportunities that best fits him.
This isn’t helping him at all, he feels down about going to a job provider where he receives no help rather criticise him. Not happy.
Not any help in any way.
1st appointment:
them: what do you want to do.
Me, truck driver, can you help with getting me an upgraded license?
Them: no, cost to much.but if you were to get a truck driving job we could then help you get a license.
Me: how do you get a truck driving job without a upgraded license?
Them: mmmmmmmmmm dont know. What the!
Then just get worst after that. Charmhaven why I even have to give 1 star.ridiculous
Very poor time management, if you have an appointment at 10.you expect to be seen at 10, not wait 20 minutes while the worker thats meant to see you is talking to his coworkers about his dog and his new lawn in his backyard
Chatswood office is terrible. No communication between them and Centrelink regarding nominees and give wrong information, that is if they even talk to you. All they are good for is suspending payments and you then have to get Centrelink to sort it out after spending 5 hours on the phone. Disgraceful service. Less than one star but that isn't an option.
Wyong office is a joke! Have to be on dole for months before you can get any help off this company!
