Olympia Trophies Corporate

They have a $30 trophy with a $70 engraving cost. They won’t discount if you get more trophies and will try and lie and cheat you on costs. Waste of time and effort. Better go elsewhere to avoid their smoke and mirrors.

Overpriced, terrible communication, bad packaging, no support.

After two weeks of ignored emails and unreturned phone calls, I finally got in touch with someone who could finish a purchase order for some acrylic for trophy etching, by that stage the project was quite urgent so I ignored the massively inflated cost of the sheets (roughly 2x standard).

The sheets arrived a week later via the cheapest auspost mail available, despite a hefty $18.50 freight fee paid.

Opened the package to discover the sheet has been bent when packed. I contacted Olympia immediately and have yet to receive a reply a week later.

I'm down $76 for a bent piece of acrylic, which isn't enough material for the long overdue project due to the damage caused by their packing.

Thank you guys we love our new centre piece for our coffee table and it was super fast postage to the Gold Coast and well packed keep up the great work.

I wouldn't recommend the place. It was so much time consuming.
Every time we ask to the receptionist she goes upstairs and ask the owner. She comes back and tell us the trophy is not available or limited. Again the same process if we ask for something else. For a quick procedure we spend lots of time.
The owner wouldn't even bother to talk with the client once. Neither we received a confirmation email mentioning that the trophies are ready to be collected. Don't want to go back again

Appreciate the personalised (engraved) trophy that was created and delivered efficiently even during covid times. Very happy with the result.

They have some room to improve with the manner by which they speak to their clients. The end result was fantastic, but I found the manner by which I was spoken to while organising the award to be quite rude at times. I did not feel like I was being listened to as I needed to mention things more than once on multiple occasions and email responses were excessively short (no more than a few words at a time) which drew out the ordering process to a couple of days.
As a result, I am not in a rush to use this company again.
